I have completed an accredited course - how long will my Certificate take to arrive?

If you have completed an accredited course and have not received your Certificate within 3 months of the course finishing, in the first instance please contact your Elklan tutor.  

If you are unable to contact your tutor please contact Tracy Holdstock ([email protected]).


Please ensure you provide the name and email address attached to your Elklan account and details of your course (e.g. Course Code, course name, date of completion, course tutor).

If you have lost your certificate and need a replacement, please see How do I obtain a replacement certificate?
