Why can't I access my non-accredited e-learning sessions?

You will receive 12 weeks' anytime access to your e-learning sessions from the date of purchase. After this period the sessions will expire. Once sessions have expired, you will no longer be able to access them through your account.


If non-accredited e-learning sessions were purchased on your behalf less than 12 weeks ago and they are not showing in your Learners' Area, please ask the purchaser to confirm the name and email address used when making the purchase. Sessions should be purchased in the name of the person who will complete the e-learning.

If sessions were purchased in error under an incorrect name, or your access has expired but you feel you have extenuating circumstances please contact us on 01208 841 450.
