How can I upload a file to my Learning Log?

You may be asked to upload a file to your Learning Log for some tasks, or you may wish to upload a file to support an answer.


Before you start make sure the file is under 10MB and is one of the supported file types (JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, DOC, TXT, DOCX, PDF, XLS, XSLX, RTF or PPT). 


To upload a file:

  • Navigate to the task you want to add the file to and click the yellow 'Upload a file' button at the bottom of the submission box.

  • In the 'Upload a file' dialogue box that appears, click the button '+Select file' and select the file you wish to upload from your device.

  • The file will automatically upload, and you will see the document appear under the 'Uploaded files' section at the bottom of the submission box, with a note in green to confirm, "File uploaded successfully".

  • If the file is too big, you will receive an error message.

  • To delete a file which has already been uploaded, click on the red trashcan symbol under 'Delete' next to the file you wish to remove, and click OK on the following pop-up.
