Editable PDF won't save my data

Modified on Fri, 15 Mar 2024 at 06:43 AM

If you are having issues saving your data in an editable PDF (for example Elklan's CFS Audit Visit Checklist) it may be due to the programme you are using.

If you have used Google Chrome, it lets you fill in the editable fields but when saved, it saves blank. In this instance the entered data cannot be recovered.

To ensure this doesn't happen, please use Adobe Reader (https://get.adobe.com/reader/), a free programme which gives you a better editing experience.

If you continue to encounter issues please contact IT Support for more advice, itsupport@elklan.co.uk.
